What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How can I find the right size?

Costumes, unlike fitted items, have been manufactured to fit a wide size range. Very often they are made of stretchable fabric and/or elastic. Since they are not custom sized it is not typical that they fit exactly. If you are uncertain about the size to purchase, we advise to move up to the next larger size. All sizes quoted are the manufacturers’ claims, based on industry standards and therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of their sizing. However, we do assist in giving guidelines whenever possible to assist you in your decision.

The information below is a general description of sizing. Manufacturers differ from each other slightly, making the guidelines below a reference, and not an exact representation.

Infant / Toddler Sizing

Our infant costumes are determined by either a Standard size, Newborn (0-9 months), or by Bunting (0-6 months), or Walker (6-12 months).
Our Toddler costumes are sizes 2T-4T.

Children’s Sizing

Our children's costumes are determined by standard clothing sizes, starting from size Small (4-6), Medium (8-10), and Large (12-14).

Men’s Sizing

Our men’s costumes are determined by jacket and pant size: Small (34), Medium (38), Large (46), X-Large (50).

Women’s Sizing

Our woman's costumes are determined by dress size, starting from X-Small (2-4), Small (5-6), Medium (7-8), Large (9-10), X-Large (11-12), Full Figure or Plus (fits up to size 22).

When will my order be shipped?

All orders received before Midnight, P.S.T. will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours pending credit card approval and inventory availability. You may receive your order in separate shipments, based on distribution point and the availability of inventory. Depending on the carrier Saturday, Sunday and holidays may be excluded as shipping days. We will immediately ship all portions of your order we have in stock. Any remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

What method of shipment do you use?

We generally ship using UPS, but may chose different carriers based on the particulars of each order or availability, chosen at our sole discretion.

When will I receive my order?

We cannot guarantee an exact arrival date for your order. Our standard methods of shipment are as follows:

Economy (starting from $8.45) Generally arrives 6 to 10 business days after shipment
Standard (starting from $8.95) Generally arrives 3 to 6 business days after shipment
Express (starting from $13.95) Generally arrives 2 to 3 business days after shipment
Premium (starting from $19.95) Generally arrives 1 to 2 business days after shipment
Next Day (starting from $49.95) Generally arrives 1 business day after shipment

Halloween Traffic!

During the month of October, some distribution centers experience exceptionally heavy traffic for Halloween orders.  Although in most cases orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from the order date, some orders may experience additional processing time.  In these instances it may take up to 5 business days for orders to be processed by the affected distribution centers.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order and selecting your shipping method in order to receive your order in time.

Some costumes or items are oversized and do not fall within our normal shipping rates. Mascots, Santa suits, and oversized items require extra shipping and handling which will be quoted to you upon receipt of your order.

Do you ship orders C.O.D?

We do not ship C.O.D.  All orders must be paid using the forms of payment specified above, or available at the time of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the United States.  For shipping to countries other than the United States, please contact us directly with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your request for international shipments on a case by case basis.

What is your return policy?

Do you have a catalog?

Our Website serves as our catalog and allows us to respond immediately to any pricing and/or inventory changes. It also allows our customers to order quickly and conveniently and to contact us directly, with any questions.

Are website prices valid in the retail store? May I pick up my order in the retail store?

Although we share a name with the Hollywood Toys & Costumes store in Hollywood, California, please note this site is not affiliated with the Hollywood retail store and we operate under separate management.  Offers featured on our website are not valid at the Hollywood Toys & Costumes retail store and prices may vary.
